Ultrasonic Bottle Rough Washing Machine
Ultrasonic bottle rough washing machine is mainly used for the rough washing for IV solution glass bottle of 50ml to 500ml and other similar glass bottle. This bottle washing machine can be used for bottle washing of glucose, antibiotic, amino acid, fat emulsion, nutrient solution and biological agents and other medical liquids (like tincture liquid) etc.
Main Features
1. Avoid dead area and bottleneck puncturing caused by hairbrush.
2. The device will not start and automatically shutdown if water level is below minimum standards.
3. Ultrasonic bottle rough washing machine adopts crawler-type to deliver bottles, bottle staying in ultrasonic water tank for long time, ensuring bottle cleanness and no dead area.
4. Water pouring time after rinsing is longer, no residual water left in bottles.
5. Bottle washing machine adopts new design, rough cleaning adopts the same direction for bottle input and output, saving operators and machine space.
6. Bottle input adopts the combination of bottle hook and guide plate, making the bottle input more reliable and no bottle reversal.
7. Bottle output from washing machine uses twice bottle receiving technology, avoiding bottle reversal and broken.
